We are able to maintain timely service in the worst weather with our fleet of 7 snow plows, 2 de-icing trucks, and 4 snow shovelers. Our equipment is scheduled for a 5 hour route during a 2-3” snow fall, which means we will be able to service your property several times during bigger storms. If a piece of equipment breaks down, our larger fleet and shorter routes allow us to maintain a high level of service for you and your clients.

You can put your confidence in Yaitanes Landscaping. We monitor the weather full-time for black ice conditions, freezing rain, snowfall, drifting, and slippery areas caused by melting snow. We take a proactive approach to servicing your property.

We can discuss our service options with you and develop a custom service package for you. Some clients choose only to have us plow their snow.  Others have a “Black Pavement Policy” including pre-treating parking lots and sidewalks prior to a snow event. De-icing services are also available on a ‘per request’ basis.

Our unique blend of Salt, Sand and Calcium Chloride de-icing products create fast acting and long lasting protection against slip and fall lawsuits. It will effectively melt snow and ice during temperatures below zero!  We achieve great results using a 50% sand/50% salt blend. Our unique systems provide you with exceptional services.
